🐷Virtual Piggy Bank

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 19, 2026

1. The service

EPiggy is a free virtual piggy bank app for families. It lets parents track savings, log transactions, and set savings goals for their children. The service is provided free of charge.

2. Your account

Accounts are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. If you believe someone else is using your account, contact us right away.

3. Children's use

Children use EPiggy through a parent-managed account. There are no separate logins for children. By adding a child to your account, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian, or you have permission to manage their savings information.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This means no unlawful activity, no attempts to break into other accounts or disrupt the service, and no uploading harmful content.

5. Availability

We work to keep EPiggy running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, EPiggy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You can stop using EPiggy at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. If you want your account and data deleted, contact us through the contact page.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms here with a new date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal and state law, without regard to conflict of law rules.
