🐷Virtual Piggy Bank

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

1. What we collect

We collect only what the service needs to work: your account details (name, email address, and profile image from your sign-in provider), the names of children you add, and the transaction records you create (amounts, descriptions, and dates). We also collect basic, anonymized usage statistics such as which pages are visited.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to run and improve EPiggy: to keep your account working, to show balances and transaction history, and to understand how the app is used so we can make it better.

3. What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Service providers

A small number of trusted service providers help us run EPiggy, for example with account sign-in, database hosting, and website analytics. They only receive the data they need to do their job and may not use it for their own purposes.

5. Children's privacy

EPiggy accounts are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Children's names in the app are provided by the parent managing the account. If you believe a child's information was added without a parent's permission, contact us and we will remove it.

6. Data security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and secure authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you and your family. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond to your request.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here with a new date.
